Exhibitor Form

To maximize benefits for exhibitors, kindly take note of the following deadlines:

 30 April 2026

  • Closing date for Exhibitor.
  • Exhibitor packages to be finalized and confirmed.

1 June 2026

  • Corporate logo for printed materials and programme book.
  • Advertisement text content and layout due date to be submitted to the Secretariat.
  • Brochure materials/literature into a satchel/ folder.
Upon confirmation of the Exhibitor, please provide us with your corporate logo and hyperlink as soon as possible for inclusion on the conference website.

Benefits and Terms

  • Upon signing and returning the Exhibitor Agreement Form, the Exhibitor’s benefits related to printed materials are based on the exhibitor meeting printing and production deadlines.
  • The exhibitor’s main contact person will receive all forms pertinent to your Exhibitor and will be responsible for completing and returning them in a timely manner.

Payment Terms

  • Upon receipt of the signed Exhibitor Agreement Form, the exhibitor will receive an invoice and payment instructions.
  • Full payment is to be made before 1st of June 2026

Cancellation Policy

  • Exhibitor agrees and understands that notification of intent to cancel must be provided in writing.
  • Cancellation of Exhibitor within forty-five (45) days prior to the event is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be granted if cancellation occurs within thirty (30) days of the event.
  • Exhibitor will be obligated to pay any outstanding balance due on the Exhibitor as per this agreement.
