IMPORTANT NOTICE
To maximize benefits for exhibitors, kindly take note of the following deadlines:
30 April 2026
- Closing date for Exhibitor.
- Exhibitor packages to be finalized and confirmed.
1 June 2026
- Corporate logo for printed materials and programme book.
- Advertisement text content and layout due date to be submitted to the Secretariat.
- Brochure materials/literature into a satchel/ folder.
Upon confirmation of the Exhibitor, please provide us with your corporate logo and hyperlink as soon as possible for inclusion on the conference website.
5TH OSC 2026 EXHIBITOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Benefits and Terms
- Upon signing and returning the Exhibitor Agreement Form, the Exhibitor’s benefits related to printed materials are based on the exhibitor meeting printing and production deadlines.
- The exhibitor’s main contact person will receive all forms pertinent to your Exhibitor and will be responsible for completing and returning them in a timely manner.
Payment Terms
- Upon receipt of the signed Exhibitor Agreement Form, the exhibitor will receive an invoice and payment instructions.
- Full payment is to be made before 1st of June 2026
Cancellation Policy
- Exhibitor agrees and understands that notification of intent to cancel must be provided in writing.
- Cancellation of Exhibitor within forty-five (45) days prior to the event is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be granted if cancellation occurs within thirty (30) days of the event.
- Exhibitor will be obligated to pay any outstanding balance due on the Exhibitor as per this agreement.
