RULES & REGULATIONS

1. ORGANIZER
   The “A Day at 5OSC2026” TikTok Contest is organized in conjunction with the 5th Optometry Scientific Conference 2026 (5OSC2026).

2. ELIGIBILITY
   • Open to all registered participants of 5OSC2026 (delegates, speakers, exhibitors, and organizing committee members attending 5OSC2026).
   • Participants may submit multiple entries; however, only one entry per participant may be selected as a finalist.
   • Organizing committee members directly involved in the judging process are not eligible to participate.

3. CONTEST PERIOD
   • The contest will be held on the day of the conference only.
   • Entries must be posted between [9:00 am, 4 July 2026] and [9:00 am, 5 July 2026].
   • Any entry posted after the closing time will not be considered.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
   Participants must:
   a) Create a TikTok post (video or photo slideshow) featuring their experience at 5OSC2026.
   b) Include conference-related content such as scientific sessions, exhibitions, networking activities, speakers, venue highlights, learning experiences, or memorable moments.
   c) Use the official hashtags:
   #5OSC2026
   #ADayat5OSC2026
   d) Tag the official 5OSC2026 TikTok account (@5osc2026).
   e) Ensure their TikTok account is set to Public until the winners are announced.

5. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
   • Entries must be original and created by the participant.
   • Content must be relevant to 5OSC2026.
   • Entries must not contain offensive, discriminatory, inappropriate, or copyrighted material without permission.
   • Participants are responsible for obtaining consent from individuals appearing prominently in their content.

6. FINALIST SELECTION
   • At the contest closing time, the ten (10) entries with the highest number of likes will be shortlisted as finalists.
   • The organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of likes and engagement.
   • Entries suspected of using fake accounts, purchased likes, bots, or any unfair means may be disqualified.

7. JUDGING CRITERIA
   The Top 10 finalists will be evaluated by a panel of judges based on the following criteria:

8. PRIZES
   3 Winners will be selected (in random order)

9. USE OF CONTENT
   By entering the contest, participants grant the organizer the right to repost, share, publish, and use submitted content for promotional, educational, and publicity purposes related to 5OSC2026, with appropriate credit given to the creator.

10. GENERAL TERMS
    • The judges’ decision is final, and no appeals will be entertained.
    • The organizer reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations without prior notice.
    • Participation in this contest constitutes acceptance of all contest rules and regulations.
