class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Upon signing and returning the Exhibitor Agreement Form, the Exhibitor&#8217;s benefits related to printed materials are based on the exhibitor meeting printing and production deadlines. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The exhibitor&#8217;s main contact person will receive all forms pertinent to your Exhibitor and will be responsible for completing and returning them in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-white-background-color has-background has-global-padding is-content-justification-center receipt of the signed Exhibitor Agreement Form, the exhibitor will receive an invoice and payment instructions. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full payment is to be made <strong>before<\/strong> <strong>1st of June 2026<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-white-background-color has-background has-global-padding is-layout-constrained class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exhibitor agrees and understands that notification of intent to cancel must be provided in writing. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation of Exhibitor within forty-five (45) days prior to the event is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds will be granted if cancellation occurs within thirty (30) days of the event. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibitor will be obligated to pay any outstanding balance due on the Exhibitor as per this agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:14px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
