General Requirement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Language: All abstracts must be written in English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Word Limit: 250 \u2013 300 words (excluding title, author details, and references).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. File Format: Abstracts must be submitted in .docx (Word document) format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Font & Formatting: Calibri, 9 pt, single-spaced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Title: Bold, centered, max 20 words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Author names: Full names, affiliations numbered, presenting author underlined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Text structure: Justified alignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Keywords: Provide 3 \u2013 5 relevant keywords separated by semicolons, without a full stop at the end. Font type: Calibri; Font size: 9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. References: Must follow APA 7th edition format (max 3 references).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Abstract Structure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Each abstract must follow this structured format:

    \u2705 Title: Should clearly represent the study’s focus (max 20 words). Avoid abbreviations.

    \u2705 Authors & Affiliations:
    \u00a0 – List full names of all authors.
    \u00a0 – Indicate affiliations (university\/institution\/organization).
    \u00a0 – Underline the presenting author.

    \u2705 Abstract Body (250-300 words):
    \u00a0 – Background: Brief introduction & research rationale.
    \u00a0 – Methods: Study design, sample size, data collection, statistical analysis.
    \u00a0 – Results: Key findings with relevant data (use statistical values where \u00a0\u00a0applicable).
    \u00a0 – Conclusion: Implications of findings & recommendations.

    \u2705 Presentation Preference:
      – Oral Presentation
